Looks really interesting what Brendan’s been up to on the XML front. Looking forward to exploring this soon.
Anyone know if there’s much desire for open route databases in the UK? Thinking UKClimbing / ROCKFAX in particular are unlikely to go down such a route as they make good money on their (usually excellent) guidebooks.

I have a few other ideas about how to extend this even more to represent hierarchical areas and topos using OPML or similar and KML.
