Cracking climb up the arête, topping out directly over the nose. Harder with a sitting start.

  Yeah, another confusing grade from Peak Boulderinbg guide. From what I can see it normally states a sitting start in the guide if the grade includes one, and it definitely doesn’t say anything about a sitting start on this, and grades it at V0+/V1.

  Given how much more difficult this is even with a standing start than the 4’s/VO’s on the Brick next to it this would make sense – although as I can do it ( just ! ) and I am rubbish I think V3 is probably a bit high ;)

  HOWEVER, almost everyone I’ve seen do it does it from a sitting start on the obvious holds at the bottom so who knows – I would imagine it’s around V2/V3 with the sitting start …
